S&S Roofing and Construction Pros is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This role requires proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
The successful candidate will work independently, supporting the General Manager at S&S and the General Manager at Superior Site Services in their day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager at S&S and Superior Site Services with daily administrative tasks.
Utilize QuickBooks and MS Office to manage financial records, create reports, and streamline office processes.
Independently handle various responsibilities, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.
Maintain a high level of punctuality and adhere to a consistent work schedule (8 AM - 5 PM, five days a week).
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills in interactions with clients, vendors, and team members.
Requirements:
Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong multitasking skills and ability to work independently.
Punctual and reliable, consistently meeting work hours.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to undergo assessments in Word, Excel, QuickBooks, and Outlook.
